Yes, Harris was weak all round, sad to say. And also sad to say, much of the above the Dems haven't been about or have been able bring about for a long time now. It's an over simplification to say it's easy to get things done...just look at the trouble both Republicans and Dems have had with getting their budgets/spending cleared. In these polarised times a super-majority, if needed, for anything meaningful is not a given by any stretch.

Drug prices for example, were improved relatively little under both Biden and yes, surprisingly, under Trump too. However, in the US you still pay the highest prices in the world for drugs because whichever party is in power, they favour big business over the guy on the street. Until Americans can get out from the under capitalist white elephant it has built for itself nothing will change and the poor will continue to be kicking posts for both parties.

Sorry mate...but that's just how it is!
